The Countdown Is On: AppSite Launches August 9th — With Its First Enterprise Customer Already Onboard

Three weeks from launch, AppSite already has its first enterprise customer onboarded and running — on dedicated infrastructure, with their AI architecture built in-house, and a security posture that answers the questionnaire before it's asked. Official launch: August 9th.

We could have saved all of this for launch day. Instead, three weeks out, we'd rather tell you exactly where things stand — because the most honest thing we can say about AppSite is also the most exciting.

AppSite goes live on August 9th. And we're not arriving unproven. Our first enterprise customer is already onboarded, already running, with their teams in place and building. Before we've opened the doors to everyone, a real company is depending on the thing we built — and they came aboard for a specific reason: control and confidence.

We didn't build a demo. We built infrastructure.

Most platforms sell you a seat in a shared building. Your data sits in the same database as everyone else's, your traffic runs on the vendor's bill, and "your instance" is really just a filtered view of theirs.

We took the harder road. Our enterprise customer runs on their own dedicated infrastructure — their own cloud projects, their own database, their own billing account. Their traffic is billed to them, their data lives in their project, and the platform operates inside boundaries they control and can see. That's not a feature we bolted on for a big client. It's the architecture.

Control isn't a setting. It's where your data actually lives.

Their AI architecture is being built in-house — by teams already in place.

The other thing enterprises have learned the hard way: renting someone else's AI black box means renting their limits, their pricing, and their roadmap. Our customer isn't doing that. Their teams are in place and building their AI architecture in-house — their own connectors, their own keys, their usage metered transparently and billed at cost, not marked up through a middleman.

They own the intelligence layer the same way they own the data layer. When they scale it, negotiate it, or swap a provider, they don't have to ask us for permission.

Confidence is what happens when the security review is already answered.

Here's the moment that kills most enterprise deals: the demo goes well, everyone's nodding — and then the security team sends a questionnaire. Do you encrypt data at rest and in transit? When was your last penetration test? Do you have an incident response plan? Can we see it? What happens when a user requests deletion?

Deals die in that questionnaire, quietly, before anyone gets a second meeting.

We built AppSite so those answers exist before the question is asked. Encryption end to end. A production audit across thirteen layers of the stack, remediation, then external penetration testing to prove the fixes held. An incident response plan you can actually show. And account deletion built as a real business process — a mapped cascade, a compliant retention window, and a GDPR data report we can produce on demand, not a button someone hoped would work.

That's what our first customer's security team found when they went looking. That's why they said yes.

Three weeks out.

We're in the final stretch — hardening, verifying, and doing the unglamorous work of making sure day one feels like day one thousand. Our first enterprise customer isn't a logo we're chasing; they're proof the model works: dedicated, isolated, transparent, and secure enough to survive the exam that ends most vendor conversations.

August 9th. If you've ever wanted a platform where control isn't marketing and confidence isn't a promise — where your data, your billing, and your AI are genuinely yours — this is the one built for that from day one.

See you at launch.

— The AppSite Team
