First client signed December 2025. What began as project-by-project learning — TrustLease, ThatParentingCoach, FlossMatch, and others — becomes a formal practice. HappyApps.Dev is the platform for turning ideas into live applications: AI-powered blueprinting, production-grade Firebase deployments, data sovereignty for every client, and the animated happy face that shows up in every corner of the ecosystem. The spark isn't being learned anymore. It's being delivered. Active development. Platform release expected summer 2026.
